Growing up in an agricultural family in rural England, Emma has always been surrounded by fresh, seasonal produce. This is directly reflected in her philosophy about food which revolves around the freshness of food and honest scratch cooking with vegetables as the star of the plate.
She has been a restaurateur owning restaurants in Asia for the past 10 years and has consulted on opening health restaurants internationally. She is also a published author with her own cookbook: Vibe Cookbook : 50 plant-based recipes from the kitchen at VIBE.
Emma now lives in São Mamede natural park where she grows her own fruit and vegetables, hosts tea ceremonies and connects closer to nature. She will be joining us as a guest chef during our June and July retreats in 2022 to curate a special dinner with wine pairing.
