We'll stay in a charming guesthouse overlooking the hilltop fortress of Marvão, featuring cozy two-bedroom apartments, a lovely terrace, and an on-site natural wine bar and cafe.

We'll explore local wineries, tour vineyards and olive groves, meet winemakers dedicated to low-intervention, sustainable wines, and enjoy modern interpretations of traditional Iberian cuisine. From elaborate multi-course meals in Michelin-starred restaurants to casual and lively Portuguese taverns, we'll taste some of the best this region has to offer.
