-Opening Circle 8-9am

-Guided Body Scan 9-10am

-Authentic Movement Workshop 10am-12pm

-Community Potluck 12-2pm

-Beyond Solo Forms 2-4pm

-Closing Circle 4-5pm

Details:

-workshops will be conducted outside on a wooden deck with shade

-sliding scale price 60-75

-Lunch will be a potluck. Please bring a vegetarian dish to share.
