-Restorative Yoga Workshop 9-10:30am
-Healthy Snack (vegan) 10:30-11:30am
-Self-Massage Workshop 11:30am-1pm
*Optional Vegetarian Potluck 1-3pm
Details:
-Workshops will take place outside on a wooden deck with shade
-all levels of experience welcome
-all workshop materials provided
-sliding scale cost 35-50
-6 participants maximum
-registration and payment must be made in advance
