Each of our retreats offer participants a healthy balance between guided activities and free time to relax, reflect, and integrate. Morning classes are intended to create more openness and ease through movement, breath, sound, and meditation. Meals are prepared with love using fresh, healthy, local ingredients. Guided activities focus on themes that reflect our mission. Additionally, retreats include a massage for each guest and a celebratory farewell dinner party including local, sustainably made wines.

Basket and Wild Flowers

Unwind in Alentejo

This retreat is all about slowing down and easing into the natural rhythm of Alentejo while enjoying the bountiful offerings here. We will revel in her natural beauty with guided walks and explore local food and wine with a tour and tasting at an area farm, vineyard, or olive yard. When the season permits we may even participate in olive or grape harvests and perhaps some traditional “stomping” of the grapes in preparation for wine making.  Truly a feast for the senses.

Art & Ecology

For this retreat we will each cultivate our inner artist using nature as inspiration. Whether you are a novice or experienced artist you will find ways to observe nature and reflect its wonder through your chosen medium. Past projects include:

-clay sculpture

-site-based multi-media performance

-natural pigment making

-nature photography

-cyanotype images of native plants

Women Holding Hands

Retreats for Women

Our women's retreats are dedicated to the celebration, connection, and support of women in midlife and beyond. Through the embodiment of goddess archetypes, ritual, and circle work we honour the transition into the third phase of life and connect to our wild and divine nature.
